I started teaching in 1995, when I coached a junior basketball team in my hometown of Toledo, Spain. Since that first rewarding experience, I have been working in the education field as a teacher of IT, Physical Education, Study Methods and Spanish. I founded and ran my own company (Educa Center) for 10 years, managing many different extracurricular activities for primary and secondary schools, with a broad view of these subjects from an educational and a business perspective.
In addition to my experience, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management. I also hold Qualified Teacher Status to teach at Schools in England and Wales. I believe that it is important to hold students to a high standard and help them become their best at the academic and personal levels.
Throughout my career, I have not only tried to get students to work hard in perfecting their skills but also to teach them to behave ethically so that they may grow up to become valuable professionals in the future.
This is why I have always enjoyed combining teaching with extracurricular activities so that students can be successful in every aspect of their lives.
I know that excellent results are greatly based on teachers’ positive attitudes and enthusiasm about their jobs. This is why I believe I would be a good fit at any school that works with your prestigious school.
