My Information

My degree was in Environmental Science (University of Southampton) and I then proceeded to do a PGCE (primary with Maths specialism) at the University of Birmingham. I then taught in the UK and abroad for the next 14 years (including most recently at Westminster Cathedral Choir School in London). When inspected by OFSTED or ISI in each of my schools I was always awarded 'outstanding' for my teaching. I have done various bits of tutoring over this period, in recent years gearing children towards their 13+ and thus helping them to secure places in some of the UK's top schools. For the first time, due to relocating to Germany due to my partner's work, I have started online tuition and believe wholeheartedly that it can achieve everything that a tutor in person can. I use various teaching platforms that allow us an interactive experience in real time.
