Also an experienced verifier (V1), assessor (A1) and tutor (CTLLS) with a proven track record of delivering ITQ, Business Admin, Customer Services, Employability and media subjects to SSR,SSU and Apprenticeships in the England and Canada. Able to communicate at all levels, patient, supportive and able to preserve confidentiality.

Currently studying toward Health and Social Care QCF L3 to complement existing professional development and to engage fully with socially excluded clients. Delivered and developed ECDL L2 courses and Employability courses combining MS Office skills (Entry Level 3 to Level 2), interview techniques, confidence building and CV development embedded with Universal Job Match training to ensure that the learners are able to sell themselves to the best of their abilities.
My professional experience and qualifications has given me excellent grounding to work with a cross section of clients of different backgrounds. My skills and abilities have taken me to the Canadian Arctic where I worked closely with Inuit and Gwitch’n communities with the Beaufort Delta Self Government, of which I create my own position as Communication Advisor delivering IT courses in remote communities.
