My name is Adam and I have always been involved with music since the age of seven. I started off by learning the piano and then moved to brass instruments such as the Euphonium and the Tuba. By the age of thirteen I was selected to perform in the National Children's Orchestra and by the age of sixteen I played with the National Brass Band of Great Britain.
I have also performed with the Royal Academy of Music Symphony Orchestra and the Royal College of Music Symphony Orchestra. I have performed the tuba in many ensembles, such as brass quintets, wind ensembles, brass bands and orchestras in some of the country's finest venues such as the Birmingham Symphony Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall and many more.
I was awarded a scholarship at the Royal College of Music, London in 2007 as well as a scholarship at the Royal Academy of Music from 2002 to 2006. I have completed major TV commercials and joined a renowned trailer music company called Trailer Media.
I have a lot of experience in the industry working on projects ranging from short films and commercials to corporate productions and feature length films. I have recently worked on a BBC 3 Documentary Series which will be aired late 2012; among many other productions this year alone.
I have been teaching a number of different musicians of different ages. This has been the trumpet, tuba, trombone, cornet and horn. I can teach any level of musician too.
I have years of experience performing and teaching and can make my students reach their full potential. I also teach music theory and music composition too; being an experienced composer myself! Any questions feel free to get in touch.
