I have completed an MBA specialising in International Business (April 2011) and CELTA (2009) and PTTLS (November 2013). I believe that I would be incredibly valuable addition to your organisation. I have also worked in variety of roles including (University/College lecturing in Higher and Further Education, Corporate Trainer and Human Resource, Co-ordinating marketing and sales activities, providing administration assistance to marketing and sales manager, Hospitality and Tourism) in UK, Australia, and India. Lecturing in London’s leading higher and further educational institutions, I have learnt to communicate clearly and effectively to audiences from different cultural backgrounds. Working Internationally, I have developed strong leadership and time management skills. I am quite comfortable working as an individual and as a part of a team. I have excellent planning and research skills, which helps me to execute a task efficiently. I enjoy a challenge, and I do my absolute best to achieve it. Also working internationally, I have become sensitive to variety of needs and cultural protocols between different cultural groups. The Institutions of Directors and Confederation of Business industry advice government and the educational institutions on the requirement of the skillset in different industries and this is how we prepare our learners/students accordingly. I have a track record of bringing the productivity level high, enhancing the performance of my students, continuously developing them personally and professionally, by linking theories with practical knowledge thus instilling a "Can -do" attitude in the students which is very much required in this competitive Business World. I have always encouraged self –regulated learning amongst the students and have mentored them throughout thus widening their participation and making them self-evaluate themselves. Being a lecturer I learnt to be highly motivated and contentious person that has helped me to constantly motivate , engage, hone their skills the learners and exposing myself to continuous professional learning and development to face every day challenge. In my role as a Corporate Trainer (WWICS), one of main responsibilities was the management of customer and stakeholder relationships. It involved; -identifying needs of the target audiences -customising solutions to those needs -offering consultancy services -and developing and maintaining communication plans. With my ability to project manage; I was able to devise and implement different communication mediums. Thus providing consistent and regular updates to the stakeholders. Further, I ensured the clarity and consistency of the information that was being passed on. With the devised tools the ease of access to the information was also achieved. I also successfully implemented tools to measure the effectiveness of the systems in place and communicated the results to the senior executives. Thus developing further, my analytical and implementing skills. My experience has enabled me to interact with various government organisations and credible financial institutions worldwide. My in depth knowledge of these sectors have made me time and cost sensitive. I have successfully built and developed relationships with employers and clients both within the organisation and externally. I am a quick learner and adapt to changes quite comfortably. I have gained strong interpersonal skills and feel comfortable in addressing wide range of audiences.
