To whom it may concern,
I highly recommend Nicole as a candidate for a teaching position. She has been teaching my daughter Homairah who is 9 years old.
Nicole has a wonderful rapport with children. Her ability to connect with Homairah and her talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced topics, are both truly superior. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, and reliable.
I have a son 11years old who has autism; when Nicole comes to the house to teach Homairah I notice she is very comfortable and understanding when she is around him.
I recommend Nicole to you without reservation. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

I supervised Nicole’s PhD research on Samuel Beckett, which was awarded in 2010. Nicole’s work was original and engaging, dealing with the theme of incarceration in Beckett’s trilogy. Throughout the period of her research Nicole maintained a consistency of focus and a real commitment to the project. She is an imaginative thinker and a thoughtful reader, able to explore with some sophistication the possibilities thrown up by a text. Nicole is a very able writer and a confident teacher. She contributed to undergraduate teaching at Newcastle during 2006 and 2007 and was a welcome and popular member of the teaching team. There is a passion and an intensity of purpose in Nicole’s work that I think makes her an inspiring teacher. I am happy to recommend her unreservedly.

Working with Nicole was an extremely pleasant and collaborative experience. As a parent the demands of higher education can be extremely daunting and this was no different for us. My interactions and discussions with Nichole in terms of helping Lauren progress were absolutely imperative to the success she achieved and we could not have done it without her help.
The manner in which Nicole deals with parents and supporters of students is very comforting and totally reassuring. The pressure we felt at the beginning of that third year was quite intense but was quickly relived by the obvious skill and palpable knowledge Nichole possesses across all learning areas.
I would recommend Nicole’s services to any parent across the breath of education and would welcome any contact to explain the benefits of working with her personally.
