Growing up in Hong Kong and London, I have had a lot of cultural and world experience which I bring into my work. I went to a competitive high school and got As and Bs throughout my GCSEs and A-Levels. I received my BA (Hons) Television Production from Bournemouth University and recently finished acting school here in Los Angeles, which sparked my change into teaching.
Acting has also provided me will all the tools it takes to become an effective teacher, in terms of interacting with the kids and my own input into the job. It has been noted on several occasions on my patience, clarity and thorough nature, and I have a natural passion which keeps me in tune with what makes learning engaging. I would have no problem fitting a flexible schedule, and can't wait to help others grow!

Tutoring Experience:
I am a tutor currently signed up with several teaching agencies, and I am hoping to get onto a PGCE course for next year. Through the agencies, I have managed to build up some excellent school experience throughout Early Years and KS1. I have helped out smaller groups with phonics and during playtime, and have also accompanied on school trips. Subject-wise, I mostly focus on literacy, as well as proofreading, help with essay writing and other study skills - I strive to be a mentor as well as a tutor.
