I have recently attained a degree in a Masters of Pharmacy from Aston University where I gained an in depth educational experience and built upon my existent chemistry and biology knowledge. I attended Queen Elizabeth's school for Boys where I gained an A in both chemistry and biology and also A* A in GCSE double science. As a young, successful graduate who has undergone comprehensive examinations/qualifications in all the subjects I teach; I have been in the shoes of all the pupils not so long ago and can therefore relate and in turn offer the most useful recipe which will help them succeed in their desired field.

Teaching Experience: Having had attended Queen Elizabeth's school for Boys (while also gaining scholarships and positions in Haberdashers School, Merchant Tailors and Aldenham Secondary) I have decided to pass the torch and I frequently tutor students on the specific required skill sets needed to pass these 11+ exams. It is a competitive process at such an early stage of the pupils career and therefore it is imperative the pupils receive the correct nurturing throughout the process.
I also frequently teach family friends Biology and Chemistry A level and GCSE; subjects and qualifications where I have achieved imperial scores in. I am currently looking to build upon this experience by diversifying my customer base and gaining pupils from a range of backgrounds.
I have also been a peer mentor to first-year students while I was at university; helping students pass their exams and motivating them to achieve what they want to; particularly in periods of stress. I have experience of teaching and mentoring students of a range of ages, ethnic diversities and stages of their careers.
Approach to Tutoring: Whilst an in depth knowledge and understanding of the material examinable is essential, this must be accompanied by precise exam technique in order to attain the highest marks possible.
Pupils at this stage generally have no problem learning the relevant material at hand but need the confidence to apply this knowledge in a manner which attains the highest possible marks in examinations. It is therefore important to adopt a holistic approach when guiding students towards their desired achievements.
