My Information

I am a recent graduate with a degree in English from the University of Cambridge. I tutor English Language, English Literature and History up to A Level. Since these are subjects where learning by rote can only get you so far, my method focuses on teaching my students how to think in the way that their examiners will reward, as well as covering the specific texts and / or time that are required by the syllabus. I charge £20 per hour and will travel to you.

Availability: In general I am available from 9am until 8pm within the Manchester area but this may differ on weekends. Please contact me directly for my specific availability.

Tutoring Experience:

I have several weeks experience working in a school and as a recent graduate I am well versed in what the exam boards expect from students, and how to deliver it.
