I teach in a relaxed, supportive and adaptive manner, taking the needs of the student into account. I am a great believer that encouragement inspires confidence, and work hard to build genuine rapport with my pupils. If a student needs the time, I will always endeavour to go above and beyond what is required of me to give them the support they need especially in terms of low-income students, where I am happy to negotiate affordable and constructive lesson plans. I have a technical approach to working out issues with playing and am keen to work on aspects of a students technique alongside their musical development. I work with students on all ABRSM exams from Grades I-VIII and am always seeking to encourage students to reach the limits of their potential.

Tutoring Experience:
I currently teach 22 students every week.I have taught throughout my studies, and have had consistently excellent feedback. I am fortunate to have been appointed the String Teacher at Westminster City School, London where I have been working since October 2014. I work with many full-time pupils both privately and within the school, and am always looking to expand my teaching in the London Area. References can be made available from current pupils on request. I also run the Royal College of Music's 'Underground' Performance Platform and peer learning program and act as a class co-ordinator, meaning that I work alongside many Conservatoire Students in a pastoral manner and have taught on a number of Instrumental Teaching Courses in the south of England. I am a Student Member of the European String Teachers Association.
