Tracey-Anne offers bespoke one to one and small group client practice as well as teaching in various London gyms. She also assists Jax May with Formentera Yoga, Ibiza. Her Yoga background encompasses a mixture of Hatha, Vinyassa Flow/ Ashtanga yoga, breath and relaxation; focusing primarily on individual needs to develop strength, flexibility, alignment and breath, boosting physical and mental well being, alleviating stress and anxiety and encouraging mind body breath connection – fully embracing the rudiments of Yoga. Working with both beginners and the more seasoned Yogi, important to her teachings is to honour this ancient practice, encouraging one to be present in the moment, developing a greater awareness as well as utilising upon the immense health benefits of regular yoga practice gifting a wonderful sense of well-being.

Additionally Tracey-Anne has some 15 years experience as Movement Director, Actor and Theatre Director as well as an extensive training in Butoh Dance, Le Coq and Grotowski Physical Theatre practices. As such she has an immense sensitivity to mind body connection and client needs. It is in her yoga practice that she is most inspired, possessing a strong desire to share her experience in order to support/further individual needs.
