My Information

My name is Josh and I have been playing the saxophone for 18 years and teaching it for 9. After passing my grade 8 with distinction I went on to study Popular and World Music at the University of Leeds where saxophone continued to be my main instrument.

Following this I went on to complete my Masters in Community Music at York University. I have experience performing in a variety of orchestras and bands and enjoy playing in almost all styles and creating my own compositions.

I am a friendly, patient and encouraging tutor who gets the most out of my students, ensuring they become confident and skilled sax players and musicians. All levels / ages / abilities welcome.
