Sandhya is currently working at one of the leading CBSE schools in Kerala as a Science teacher and Coordinator of the School Human Resource Development Center. She is involved in teaching Chemistry and Biology, for the middle and high school students.

She coordinates various teaching & learning activities, interactions with parents, students and teachers. She is involved in addressing learning difficulties with parents and children. She is responsible for developing activities to assess the co-scholastic parameters needed as per CBSE requirements.

She is involved in organizing workshops, training camps, webinars and seminars related to improve and develop the learning process. Conducts summer camps organized by schools and other private institutions in the areas of public speaking and art.

Founder and Serving as the Chief Learning Officer of Laser Tutor India she is involved in developing, designing and conducting live customized online sessions for middle and high school students of different curriculums across the globe. Sandhya works with non-profit organizations in order to organize and facilitate programs which provide education for under privileged students across India.
