I’ve been involved in exercise, training and conditioning for over 15 years. Whether personal training, sports related fitness or martial arts, my life has revolved around physical and mental training. I started Boxing training in 1991 and began Martial Arts in 1997. With regards to fitness and personal training, my experience through the last ten years has helped me acquire the necessary tools and skill set to assist and help a variety of people.
I have worked with a wealth of clients ranging from those with weight-related disorders, muscular atrophy, asthma, diabetes, cardiovascular problems and musculoskeletal ailments. I continue to live and breathe health and fitness by currently working and gaining experience through courses and other forms of education as I believe knowledge is power.
