My Information

I am a friendly and helpful person. I have just returned from teaching English in Spain. I am happy to tutor students of all ages and abilities no matter what your requirements are. I am able to offer General English teaching, Exam preparation (Cambridge and Trinity) or conversation sessions.

Availability: I am available on weekdays and weekends as I have a very flexible timetable.

Tutoring Experience:

I am CELTA qualified EFL teacher who has just spent a complete school year in Cáceres teaching English to children from ages 5 to 18 and to adults across a wide range of abilities. This involved planning all lessons, preparing students for formal examinations (including Cambridge and Trinity), marking work and monitoring progress. I developed my communication and presentation skills through teaching well structured lessons and also participated in Teacher Development sessions. These included Exam Preparation seminars, a ‘Voice care for teachers’ workshop and I also attended the ACEIA 2015 conference in Seville. I was required to give a presentation on this conference to my peers. I improved my spoken Spanish to a high level.
