I have over 20 years experience working in the health and social care sector, holding various positions including being responsible for staff and volunteer training. I spent a year as a Health and Social Care Lecturer at a FE College, where I was reaponsible for creating and delivering course content eqivalent to A level standard. I am experienced in the fields of substance misuse, older people, mental health, criminal justice, homelessness, and related. I have a particular interest in teaching professional boundaries and group dynamics, and applying theories to everyday practice.
