My Information

I am an experienced maths and ICT teacher capable of teaching both Functional Skills and GCSE, with a specialism for students with Emotional, Social and Behavioural Difficulties.

Availability: I am available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Evenings.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Tutoring Experience:

During my teaching career I have effectively delivered, through a variety of methods, including Virtual Learning Environments, sessions in Employability Skills, ESOL, Literacy, Numeracy, ECDL, Beginners IT, Webpage Design and basic Food Hygiene to both adults and young adults with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, and some with learning difficulties such as ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism.

I have also contextualised and developed workshop content and supporting materials, alongside BTEC Vocational qualifications, taking into account the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning, to suit each customer’s needs and to meet the needs of the whole group ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment that is fun but also challenging and relevant for all.

In addition to this I have also developed and delivered several sessions on Behaviour Management and Dyslexia Awareness with a focus on inclusion.
