PERSONAL STATEMENT I am a Business graduate with a passion for teaching that has led me to work in educational establishments that cover all levels of ages from primary to further education. Since I have a desire to, teach and inspire young people, I am dedicated to helping the individual exceed their expectations and will put in maximum effort to help that to happen.
I am well known for being innovative in my approach and being able to adapt learning to suit the individual. I have completed my PGCE in the Life-long learning sector at the University of Huddersfield and I had an opportunity to deliver BTEC business both at level 2 and level 3 at Shipley College.
I truly enjoy working with young people and I have gained valuable experience. I appreciate the immeasurable impact that teachers make on the lives of young people. I also realise that young people throughout life will use the skills and knowledge acquired in the classroom.
Therefore, as a teacher, I hope to be a role model that cultivates in young people, open minds, the knowledge and the ability to look at the world critically, and the belief in one’s capacity to make positive contributions to society. One of my future career goals is to apply for a Ph.D. programme. I am fascinated to research on the impact that E-Learning has on the 21st Century Education and how it has transformed the entire curriculum.

I have a vast educational background at all ages from primary to adult. I have specific experience in 1 to 1 tutoring and a proven track record of helping students get through exams, integrate back into mainstream classrooms, coming up with innovative methods to focus reluctant learners, facilitating those with special educational needs. I treat students with respect and warmth and believe that mutual trust is the key to a successful relationship. I tailor all lessons individually for each pupil I work with.
Whatever the pupil’s needs are, I offer a unique approach in adapting my methods to compliment the learner. My students have consistently achieved well and I firmly believe that every individual has the ability to succeed. The key is finding out how the learner learns best as an individual and allowing them to reach their full potential. I keep a record of progress and achievement of my every student, and keep their school teachers regularly updated.
