I love to see people learn, and to take myself part in their learning process. I believe that I cannot teach anyone anything, but I hope I can help create the right conditions for a person to learn, to continue their own journey as a student and a lifelong learner. I also believe that true growth as a person can happen only by challenging yourself with situations that are not familiar to you - so I will be glad to help learners find answers to questions about different situations, from cultural diversity to project management or language learning.

I have almost 20 years of direct experience in adult education, training and project management. I currently work as Head of International Development at Espace Pedagogie Formation France in Marseille. Prior to my current position, I was a Lecturer in Intercultural Communication and European Studies, as well as Coordinator of International Affairs at Vastra Nylands folkhogskola, an adult education college in Finland.
I have lectured at various universities and adult education centres across Europe on Intercultural Communication and EU policy. Since 2007 he has been contracted regularly for the assessment of proposals, progress and final reports submitted under European Union funding schemes “Europe for Citizens” and “Lifelong Learning Programme/Grundtvig”. I have also coordinated several successful transnational projects, and have evaluated many projects both as internal and external evaluator.
I am also experienced at teacher training, specifically in the field of active citizenship, intercultural communication and cultural diversity, and intergenerational learning. Having worked for many years in the Finnish education system, I am available for consultation on issues related to quality assurance and success factors in education in Finland.
