My Information

I have over 30 years’ experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring and developing people in both further and higher education as well as within organisations. This includes a career in management/leadership in the logistics sector of a major food retailer which included organisational and management development responsibilities.

I also have a background in Mental Health Nursing and working in education, including 5 years as a teacher trainer and, for the last 3 years, as a Programme Lead and Lecturer on university level programmes in Health and Social Care Management/ Practice for Plymouth University and UWE. I am able to contextualise business and management concepts to a wide range of industry sectors.

I hold a PGCE, a degree in Business with Psychology (2:1), a Masters degree in Education (Distinction 85%), and a Post Grad qualification in Management and Organisational Development. I am currently studying for a Doctorate in Education
