My Information

I have a PhD in English literature, 8 years tutoring experience and 7 years formal teaching experience. I try and keep my tutoring sessions fun and informal, treating students a little more like university. I tailor all of my lessons specifically to the individual student. I am also experienced working with those with learning disabilities, including dyslexia, ADHD, and autism.

Availability: Mon-Sun 9-5pm. Mon, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun 6-9pm.

Willing to travel: 30 miles

Tutoring Experience:

8 years private tutoring English from 14 years upwards. 5 years tutoring university skills including UCAS applications, seminar preparation, presentations, essay writing, and note taking skills. 2 years teaching English literature and English language at university, including 1st year, 2nd year, and honours level.
