I am 24 years of age and have a Masters in Physics. I am a friendly person, very willing to help a student out. A student can email or Facebook me in between lessons with questions and I`d be happy to answer them.
I currently work as a plasma engineer in Cambridge and I work with graphene which is a substance that is at the cutting edge of physics in nanotechnology and applications.
My interests include Science, Space, volunteering on international projects and travelling. I charge £20/hour which pays for the time to prepare all the materials for the lesson, prepare additional questions, print items and for the time of the lesson. I can set homework, but only should the student want this. I can also run mock exams. My first lesson is free.
Availability: Sat - Sun Any time
I could also do weekday evenings.
Willing to travel: 4 miles
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught a number of A-Level students in Physics on a 1-to-1 capacity. I have also done international volunteering having taught up to 500 students in a lecture theatre.
I can approach physics from both a mathematical (first principles) and applied stance, which provides a wider learning grasp.
