Recently returned from travelling south east Asia, as part of a career break, I intend to tutor professionally in Biology owing to my interests and skills in the subject from now until my next post commences in September.

Availability: Very flexible, happy to discuss times which fit the potential tutee in advance.

Tutoring Experience:

As a qualified teacher with over four years of teaching experience, 3 of which I spent teaching at a Kent Grammar school, I am practiced in teaching student from KS3 (science) through KS4 and up to A-level (Biology).

Effective tutoring requires an active assessment to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the tutee, and I can allow a student to target areas effectively ranging from content to skills to see measurable progress. As a tutor, I am proactive in assisting and provisioning for my tutee in whichever way is better suited to their needs.
